Good size carpark but you do have to pay for the privilege to park there at a discounted rate ! Friendly check in all information given Lift the all floors Room was a good size as was the shower room Bed super comfortable Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful Location on the outskirts of Warwick about a 25 minute walk to the center Next to a McDonald's restaurant. Would stay again if in the area

Was 1/2 the price the local Airbnbs and it came with breakfast included. Parking for 12 hours was £10 tho which seems a little steep.

I don't think this box is big enough for this review. I stayed at the holiday inn in warwick for a month due to work commitments, upon my arrival I was greeted by staff which is nice and all staff are friendly and polite however the parking is ridiculously expensive and a massive inconvenience, even with the discount code it's still expensive especially a months worth. The food needs to be seriously looked at, it's overpriced and it tastes bloody awful! I was out every night in restaurants and takeaways bringing back food to my room becuase the food is so bad ao I'd steer well clear from this!! It's utter junk! I believe the chef that cooks this food is chef microwave. The rooms are seriously outdated and the carpet has alot of stains on, the house keeping do not do a good job at cleaning the rooms and never change the sheets just remake the bed which is bad. The air-conditioning in my room never even worked and it was dripping with water during the night because it was broken, I complained about this but nothing got done so was a very cold night sleep, The shower head was broken and kept falling down. The breakfast I'd say is average but the scrambled eggs had no taste and orange juice was rank. AVOID THIS HOTEL!!

Another stay at this holiday inn ,whilst visiting Warwick as always the staff were welcoming and friendly nothing was too much bother for them. The Room was clean, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast on Sunday morning was great the trick is it get down early as it can get busy all in all a great place to stay.

Nice hotel and great staff. I visited the area for a work trip from the US and left my eye glasses at the hotel. The front desk staff helped me arrange a courier and shipped my glasses back home to the US. I really appreciate the staff helping me out. Very courteous and professional.

Overall ticked all the boxes, need to have a good look at the breakfast service, busiest times were identified, but not managed, constantly waiting for clean plates and food to be replenished.

Nice hotel clean and tidy beds are comfy staff are really helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help it's in a ideal location between stratford and lemington highly recommended

Staff was nice and friendly. Gave 2 star for service, however it was not staff's fault. Unfortunately, like most of the hospitality locations, they seemed to be understaffed. Usual, head office trying to save money and making 1 person to do 3 people's job. Hence the reason, dinner service was slow. Also the quality of the food was not great.

Stayed there for 4 days. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Breakfast had good nunber of slections. The best part of the stay was the satff interactions. Lovely people, so friendly and helpful. I stayed with family and enjoyed the overall stay.

Nothing to fault here. Nice room, spacious clean and with great, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was busy but unlike a lot of hotels, this one had plenty of staff topping up almost constantly. We've had many a potentially lovely stay spoiled by chaotic, understaffed, breakfasts. This hotel has it 100% cracker,,,,,J!! Great job! 👍

I recently stayed here and had a slight issue, to which I was supported by NYALL. I want to personally commend him on his services as if any hotel were to employ staff like NYALL the hospitality world would be a better place.

Myself, my husband and our dog have been staying here for nearly a week now for work. The rooms are comfortable but the staff really make it! Trish, Kellie, Sarah, Rene, & Yvonne have made us feel so welcome. Dan the General Manager, if friendly, approachable and always happy to help. The laughs we’ve had with these staff and the amazing, personable service has really made our long stay in a Motorway side hotel for work feel like a holiday! A special mention has to be made to Trish whom, as the hotel was out of Doggy Doggy Bags spent her own money to buy treats for our dog, Biscuit. Everything about this hotel is good but the staff have really made what could be an extremely stressful and difficult time an absolute pleasure! Despite looking for a permanent base in the area we really don’t want to leave!
